Q. How many different backing options can you offer for brand woven labels?
A. For brand woven labels, there are more than 5 different backing options: plain backing, heat seal backing, plastic backing, Vilene backing, adhesive backing and other special requests.
Q. Will I see my woven label sample pictures before arranging the bulk production?
A. Yes, we will send the sample pictures via emails. If you do not like the proof that we send you, you can request whatever changes that we need to make and we will gladly revise the proof to your satisfaction.
Q. When will I be charged for the woven label orders?
A. Once you send us the approval to proceed, we will charge you the cost and arrange the orders. If you have many label orders per month, then we can charge just once in a month to save your handling fee.
Q. Why do I have to pay for my woven label orders up front?
A. Because all of our labels are custom-made, they hold absolutely no value for anyone other than the person ordering them.
Q. Can you make woven brand labels in very small size?
A. Yes, we can, however, the minimum size of the label would depend on the level of detail in the design.
